•Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
•Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for returning the product.
3. Refund Processing:
•Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
•Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
4. Exceptions:
•Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
•Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
